Between sequels, prequels, and remakes, Disney seems to have no problem “going back to the well” these days. That wasn’t always the case.
For 53 years, each Disney story was unique. That began to change in the 90s, first on the big screen, and 26 years ago, in white vinyl VHS cases across the world.
